Office hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9.00 to 5:00pm, and Friday 9:00 – 12:30. The office is closed for lunch daily between 12:30 and 1:30.

*The clinic is located above the Scotia Bank on the corner of Commercial Drive and Broadway, directly opposite the Skytrain station.

Our office manager Courtney will answer your calls 9:30am to 4:30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and 9:30 – 12:30 on Fridays. At other times, she forwards the phones to our answering service.  If you phone during these hours and reach our voicemail she is likely on the other line or temporarily away from her desk.  
If you have a question that cannot wait until your next appointment, if you are in labour, or need to speak with your midwife urgently, please ensure you talk to a person at our answering service and they will page the midwife on call.
 

Changing Appointments

Please give us as much notice as possible. You are able to book ahead or change appointments by phone during office hours.
